Terms of Use

Last updated: October 3, 2026 · version v1

These terms apply to the Gacha Focus services. By using them you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. Today they cover the automatic redemption extension; rules specific to future services will be added here.

1. The automatic redemption extension

From your browser, the extension redeems the public promotional codes of Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero on the game accounts you are already signed in to on HoYoverse. Gacha Focus collects the codes from public sources.

Automatic redemption is a benefit for supporters of the Gacha Focus Discord server, available while the supporter role is active (with a grace period after losing it).

2. No affiliation with HoYoverse

Gacha Focus is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by HoYoverse, COGNOSPHERE or miHoYo. Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero and HoYoLAB are trademarks of their owners.

3. Your game account

• The extension does what you would do on the official redemption site, with your own session, at a human pace (at least 30 seconds between codes, up to 30 per hour), pausing on its own if HoYoverse asks to slow down.
• Even so, you remain responsible for your account and for following HoYoverse's terms. We do not guarantee that HoYoverse accepts third-party tools and are not liable for measures it may take.
• Use the extension only on your own accounts.

4. What we do not guarantee

• That every code works: codes expire, have usage limits, are valid only in some regions or were already redeemed.
• That the service is always available: it may stop for maintenance, because of HoYoverse changes or for security.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.

5. Prohibited use

• Modifying the extension to bypass the pace limits, code signatures or the one-browser-per-user rule.
• Using the extension on third-party accounts without permission, or sharing your session.
• Trying to access other people's data or overloading the server.

Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or a ban.

6. One browser at a time

Only one browser is active per account. Signing in on another one disconnects the previous one, so the same code is never sent twice.

7. Ending and deletion

You can stop whenever you want: pause games or servers, sign out, or delete your account (with 2 days to change your mind; see the Privacy Policy). We may end a service after announcing it on Discord.

8. Changes

Relevant changes will be announced on Discord and in the extension. Continuing to use the service after the notice means accepting the new version.

9. Contact, governing law and jurisdiction
