Zenless Zone Zero
The Version 3.3 special program for Zenless Zone Zero, called Journey to the Sky, aired on October 9, 2026 at 19:30 Beijing time (UTC+8). It brought the two new Agents of the version, the skins heading to the Store, a redemption code, and confirmation that Robin and Kafka from Honkai: Star Rail are coming to the game.
The useful part for anyone who plays is the list of what changes. We go through below what was said and what already has a date.
The two new S-Rank Agents
Version 3.3 adds two new Agents, as ZZZ usually does. Phoenix is a Fire Anomaly S-Rank Agent. Severian is a Wind Attack S-Rank Agent. Both have their own recap in the special program, and the live already puts them at the center of the story: Phoenix is a judge of the Krampus, and Severian is the senior inspector of the Public Security Department. In the program the two sit side by side, and the show makes it clear they disagree about what each one does with the rules.
If you are deciding which one to pull for, look at how each of them plays before anything else. Phoenix sits in the Fire and Anomaly slot, Severian in the Wind and Attack slot. For the team you already run, that matters more than the rest.
Skins arriving after the update
Two new outfits came out of the live. Solemnly Impeccable, for Severian, and the skins The Illness Called Life and Daydream Complex, for Phoenix, go on sale in the Store after the 3.3 update. The exact sale date for each one was not detailed in our source, so check the Store when the version goes live.
In practice, these are skins you buy with in-game currency, not an Agent banner. If you only want the character, you do not have to spend anything extra because of them.
The JRNY2SKY code expires on October 11
The program gave out the redemption code JRNY2SKY. It expires on October 11 at 23:59 server time (UTC+8). The window is short, so redeem it soon.
To redeem it, open the official redemption page with your HoYoverse account, pick your server, paste the code and click Redeem. In game, the path is the menu (Esc on PC), then More, then Redemption Code. Rewards land in your Mail. Type the code exactly as it appears, capital letters included.
Other codes active right now are ZENLESSGIFT, ZZZGRIND32, ZZZINK32 and ZZZVOID32. Their rewards are in our database, but their expiry dates are not in the data we have, so there is no way to say when they run out.
Other content in Version 3.3
The program also covered the return of Agent Signal Searches, new story content and gameplay mechanics. After the 3.3 update, the Spooky Funhouse Tales event becomes available, alongside the Halloween events mentioned in the version coverage. The details of each one, such as dates and rewards, are not in our data yet.
Robin and Kafka arrive in ZZZ
The part that travelled furthest outside the game is the Honkai: Star Rail collaboration. HoYoverse confirmed the arrival of Robin and Kafka, characters from the company's other game. The confirmation is official, but the details of how each one enters ZZZ, whether as a banner, what their kit is and when they show up, were not in the information we followed so far. When HoYoverse publishes that, we update it here.
For Gacha Focus, the collaboration is interesting because it mixes two teams of characters the community already knows well. If you play both games, you have one more reason to follow Version 3.3. If you only play ZZZ, wait for the details before deciding on any pull.
