Epic Seven arrives on Steam on October 29, 2026, the same day the new Foundry server opens. Smilegate put the official notice up on October 7, and the demo is already live on Steam Next Fest. If you play on the STOVE client or on your phone, nothing is taken from you: the Steam version is another door into the same game.

What changes with the Steam launch

You can now play through Steam, on top of the STOVE PC client and mobile. Existing accounts can bring their progress over, but there is one step people miss: the migration has to be done on the STOVE website before you log in on Steam. Skip it and your account simply is not there.

The demo runs from October 8 to 26 and hands out daily login rewards. Progress from the demo does not carry over to the main game, so treat it as a test drive.

What the Foundry server means for new accounts

Foundry is a brand new server with its own matchmaking. In competitive modes you only run into other Foundry players, so someone starting now does not get matched against accounts built since 2018. The modes open in stages, always after maintenance:

  • Draft Arena: October 29
  • Guild War: November 19
  • World Arena: December 10

The support events start on October 29 and, according to the official notice, run until December 31. The growth buff gives 30% more hero EXP, 30% more gold and 30% more Rank EXP. Reach Rank 70 and you get the 5★ limited Luna. There are also 20 extra free summons per day.

Mei Lin's limited banner runs until October 29

The October 8 update added the 5★ Mei Lin, a Fire Thief. Her limited banner runs until October 29, alongside the Thief-exclusive artifact Flame Dragon's Jewel.

Pity kicks in at 120 summons. Mei Lin sits at 1% and the artifact at 1.05%. Mystic heroes do not show up in this banner while it is active. Once it closes, Mei Lin does not move into the other pools either, so if you want her, this is the window. Summon count rewards run from 80 to 250 and include the artifact and Mei Lin herself.

E7WC 2026 goes into groups

The E7WC 2026 group stage starts October 10. Broadcasts are on October 10, 11, 17 and 18 at 03:00 UTC. Mei Lin and Flame Dragon's Jewel are banned in the championship's World Arena mode, so they will not appear in official matches.

The prediction event runs from October 19 to December 3, with Cheering Tickets to exchange. The lyrics quiz for the OST "REVIVE" ran October 8 to 14 and gave 3 Leif to everyone who took part.

The Chaos Zero Nightmare collab

The Chaos Zero Nightmare collaboration brings the Together With Mei Lin! event, from October 8 to 29. It has daily missions and a ticket exchange for random items. The collab packs, including the Flame Dragon's Crimson Blaze Pack, stay on sale until October 29 as well.

What happened with iOS access

The October 8 update locked some iOS players out of the game. Smilegate says the problem has been fixed and the app update is in review. The buff event currently running gets extended, and affected Heirs receive compensation. There was also a client notice for October 9 at 04:00 UTC to fix startup crashes on some iOS devices.

Everyone who went through the October 8 maintenance got 4 Leifs, valid until October 9 at 14:59 UTC. The Emergency Mission! Catalyst Search event runs October 8 to 15 and trades Ruins Exploration Coin for catalysts and other items, with up to 5 entries a day.
