Zenless Zone Zero
The code JRNY2SKY was released during the Special Program for Zenless Zone Zero version 3.3, "Journey to the Sky", which aired live on October 9. It works once per account and its window is short, so it is worth redeeming right away.
Where the JRNY2SKY code came from
The code came from the Special Program livestream, not from a social media post or an in-game notice. HoYoverse had already said on October 5 that there would be an exclusive code during the live, so anyone watching knew to keep a note open. Missing the stream does not cost you the code, but you still have to redeem it inside the deadline.
That deadline is the part that matters most. According to the game's official account, the Special Program code expires on October 11, 2026, at 23:59:59 (UTC+8). For UTC-3, which covers Brasília, that is 12:59 pm on October 11, since the gap between the two time zones is 11 hours. The deadline is the same for every server, so there is no option of waiting a little longer in your own region.
What the code gives you
JRNY2SKY hands over four items:
- 300 Polychromes
- 30,000 Dennies
- 2 Senior Investigator Logs
- 3 W-Engine Energy Modules
Polychromes are the currency you use to pull on Signals, so 300 is a small push for anyone saving for the next banner. Dennies cover everyday upgrades, while the logs and the modules go into leveling Agents and W-Engines.
How to redeem it
Before anything else, you need to have finished the Prologue Pass and have a character created in the game, linked to your HoYoverse account. Without that, redemption simply does not work. The official redemption page asks for the same thing: create a character in the game and link it to the account before redeeming.
There are two routes:
- In game, open the menu (the icon in the top left corner), go to More, then Redemption Code, type the code and tap Redeem.
- On the website, sign in to the game's official redemption page with your HoYoverse account, pick the correct server, paste the code and confirm.
The website route is the one to use when you are away from the game or cannot open it on your phone. If you have characters on more than one server, pick the server where you actually want the items.
One detail that trips people up: a redemption cannot be undone once it goes through, so check that you are logged into the right account before confirming. Each character can use the same code only once, and there is no second attempt on the same account.
Where the rewards show up
The items do not land in your inventory right away. They arrive through the in-game Mail, and the message stays available for 30 days. After redeeming, open the Mail and confirm the items are there before you forget about it.
The 30-day window on the mail message is much longer than the code deadline, so you can take your time opening it. What you cannot do is redeem after October 11.
If you use the Gacha Focus extension, the list of active codes lives there as well, so a new code published in the middle of the week does not slip past you. Codes that already expired follow the same rule: the redemption disappears when the deadline passes.
The Discord linking service ends on October 14
If you play version 3.3, note that the old account linking service between Zenless Zone Zero and Discord is being shut down on October 14. Rewards already claimed through that route are kept, and the new service will carry its own rewards. For JRNY2SKY nothing changes: redemption still goes through the game or the official site, until October 11.
