Bluepoch released the trailer for Reverse: 1999 Version 3.9, Rekindled! Games of the Summer-Gold Sea, on the game's official channel. The update is set for November 5 (UTC-5). The official material so far is the trailer and the announcement of the developer broadcast, so character, banner, and event details for 3.9 are still under wraps. Here is what is confirmed and what you can do before the version changes.

What was announced

The developer broadcast for Version 3.9 was announced on October 20. The trailer came two days later, on October 22, and is the first visual preview of the update.

There are no details yet on characters, banners, or events for 3.9 in the official material. When Bluepoch publishes those points, we will update this article.

When version 3.9 arrives

Version 3.9 is dated for November 5. The announcement gives the date in UTC-5 and does not list a specific hour, so if you want to plan your login around the change, check the official post closer to the date.

Until then, Version 3.8, The Temporal Scale, remains available on mobile and PC. Its soundtrack was released on September 29, and the EP Mother's Departure arrived on music platforms in early October.

If you are still working through 3.8, November 5 is the date to keep in mind.

What changes for players

This update is still mostly a date and a trailer. For now, the practical change is planning: you know when 3.9 lands, but not what it brings in characters or banners. There is no official reason to change your pull plans for the new version yet.

If you are close to pity, decide based on what is live in the game now, not on a trailer that does not name anyone. The same goes for saving: the trailer gives you no target, so holding everything for 3.9 is a guess while the character details are not official.

Nothing in the official material lists the version's events, so there is no schedule to plan around beyond the release date.

What to do before November 5

Two things are worth your time before the version change.

  • Claim the login event. Through Mail, you receive a Collection Chest: Sincere Gratitude and can choose a paid garment released before Version 3.7. Accounts registered before the end of Version 3.8 can take part, and that end date has not been announced.
  • Redeem the active codes. Each one works once per account.

The login chest is the bigger item if you have been playing for a while, since it lets you pick a paid garment from before 3.7. The catch is the deadline: the event is tied to accounts registered before the end of 3.8, but the end date is still missing. If you have not claimed it yet, do it before November 5 instead of waiting for the last day.

Codes are simpler. They can expire without notice, so redeem the ones you need as soon as possible.

Active codes right now

To redeem, finish the tutorial and reach the main screen. Tap the three-line icon, open Settings, and in the account section tap the button next to Redeem code. Paste the code, confirm, and the rewards arrive right away. Codes work only inside the game.

These are some of the codes active now:

  • 1999GIFT: Clear Drop x50 and Dust x19999.
  • 5YRBRF9: Dust x19999, Sharpodonty x19999, and Fine Insight Package x3.
  • DaisyinRuins: Clear Drop x30, Jar of Picrasma Candy x1, Dust x20000, and Sharpodonty x20000.
  • EchoStone: Clear Drop x30, Enlighten III x3, Sharpodonty x20000, and Fine Insight Package x2.
  • GachaGaming1999: Picrasma Candy x1, Fine Insight Casket x1, Enlighten II x5, Dust x15000, and Moment of Dissonance x3.

The full list has more codes, and they can expire without notice, so redeem the ones that matter to you as soon as you can.
